Q: Is THCa legal in Texas?
A: Yes! THCa is legal in Texas as long as it is derived from hemp and contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and Texas HB 1325. All of our products meet these requirements.
Q: Are your products federally legal?
A: Yes, all products sold by Texas High Society are derived from hemp and comply with federal regulations under the 2018 Farm Bill. We do not sell marijuana or any products containing illegal levels of THC.
Q: Do I need a medical card to shop here?
A: Nope! No medical card is required to purchase our hemp-derived products. You just need to be 21 or older.
Q: How old do I have to be to shop with you?
A: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from Texas High Society. A valid government-issued ID is required.
Q: Do your products have Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
A: Absolutely. Every product we sell comes with a lab-tested Certificate of Analysis to verify potency and purity. You can ask for a COA in-store or access them online.

Q: Will THCa get me high?
A: Yes — but only after heat is applied. THCa is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid in its raw form. When you smoke, vape, or cook it, it converts into Delta-9 THC (which is psychoactive).
Q: What’s the difference between THCa and Delta-8 or Delta-9?
